Introduction to AMC: Contract based services
Annual Maintenance Contract, is a type of service contract where a company or individual agrees to provide ongoing maintenance, repairs, and/or support for a specific product or system. The service provider typically commits to perform regular inspections and checkups, troubleshoot and fix any issues that arise, and provide upgrades or replacements as needed. The client, in turn, pays a fee for these services on an annual or regular basis. Annual maintenance contract is used in many industries such as IT, facilities management, HVAC, security systems and appliances. It can also be used to ensure that the equipment or systems are working at optimal efficiency, thus reducing the risk of costly breakdowns or downtime.
We provide two types of AMCs that can be used depending on the product or system being serviced:
This type of contracts covers all aspects of maintenance, repair, and support for a product or system, including parts and labor. It typically includes regular inspections, troubleshooting, and repair of any issues that arise.
This type of contracts only covers certain aspects of maintenance, repair, and support, such as regular inspections and troubleshooting. It typically does not include the cost of parts or labor.

General Terms and Conditions for AMC for CCTV (non comprehensive)

- HD CCTV and DVR @ Rs. 350/- per unit
- IP CCTV and NVR @ Rs. 500/- per unit.
- Biometrics Attendance Machine @ Rs. 750/- per unit.
- Biometrics Attendance with Access Control @ Rs. 1500/- per unit
- Video Door Phone @ Rs. 750/- per unit
- Intruder Alarm System, Boom Barrier, etc will discuss and decide on phone or site visits
- We provide stand-by CCTV even in non-comprehensive AMC on a best effort basis.
- We’ve already published our wholesale price list for all products for the lowest expenses AMC.
- Minimum AMC Amount is Rs. 7500/- for one location. It may combine all products in the same location.
- Scheme is limited to Schools / Hospitals / Offices / Showrooms. Not applicable for home users. Home users can opt services on a chargeable basis @ Rs. 500/- for each visit.
