An Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for CCTV Surveillance Systems is a service agreement where a professional service provider ensures the ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of CCTV cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and related accessories.

Under this contract, the provider carries out regular inspections and preventive checkups to verify camera visibility, recording quality, system settings, and storage health. In addition, any issues that arise are diagnosed and addressed promptly to minimize downtime and ensure continuous security coverage.

The AMC helps clients keep their CCTV systems running at peak efficiency, reduces the chances of unexpected breakdowns, and extends the lifespan of the equipment. Rates & charges

• HD CCTV and DVR @ Rs. 350/- per unit
• IP CCTV and NVR @ Rs. 500/- per unit.
• Biometrics Attendance Machine @ Rs. 750/- per unit.
• Biometrics Attendance with Access Control @ Rs. 1500/- per unit
• Video Door Phone @ Rs. 750/- per unit
• Intruder Alarm System, Boom Barrier, etc will discuss and decide on phone or site visits

Extra benefits

• We provide stand-by parts even in non-comprehensive AMC on a best effort basis.
• We’ve already published our wholesale price list for all products for the lowest expenses AMC.

Limitation

• Minimum AMC Amount is Rs. 7500/- for one location. It may combine all products in the same location.
• Scheme is limited to Schools / Hospitals / Offices / Showrooms. Not applicable for home users. Home users can opt services on a chargeable basis @ Rs. 500/- for each visit.
