Introduction to AMC: Contract based services

Annual Maintenance Contract, is a type of service contract where a company or individual agrees to provide ongoing maintenance, repairs, and/or support for a specific product or system. The service provider typically commits to perform regular inspections and checkups, troubleshoot and fix any issues that arise, and provide upgrades or replacements as needed. The client, in turn, pays a fee for these services on an annual or regular basis. Annual maintenance contract is used in many industries such as IT, facilities management, HVAC, security systems and appliances. It can also be used to ensure that the equipment or systems are working at optimal efficiency, thus reducing the risk of costly breakdowns or downtime.

We provide two types of AMCs that can be used depending on the product or system being serviced:

This type of contracts covers all aspects of maintenance, repair, and support for a product or system, including parts and labor. It typically includes regular inspections, troubleshooting, and repair of any issues that arise.

This type of contracts only covers certain aspects of maintenance, repair, and support, such as regular inspections and troubleshooting. It typically does not include the cost of parts or labor.

What is the Period of Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for CCTV

The contract is valid for one year from the date of signing of a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on AMC. This may be renewed annually subject to rendering satisfactory service & fulfilling the term & conditions.

Payment Term

For all contracts, payment will be made quarterly on an Advance basis.

AMC Includes

The AMC cost includes the traveling cost and Maintenance of the CCTV Surveillance System including visits to the site for the Camera Visibility Test, DVR / NVR Recording Test, DVR / NVR Settings Verification, and Disk Error Check.
For any additional visits beyond the allotted visits, Rs. 500/- will be charged. Services and Connectors are part of AMC. We provide stand-by CCTV on best effort basis even in Non-Comprehensive AMC.

AMC does not include

Physical Damage to any part of the systems (damage caused either by your staff, or any other person except our authorized staff will result In termination of warranty). Part replacements are not part of AMC. Password Reset, Relocation of products, and Data backup services are on a chargeable basis.

Service Tax

The AMC cost excludes service tax charged by State or Central Govt. for rendering this type of service.

Working Hours

The maintenance work shall normally be done during the working hours of the customer. However, in case of emergency maintenance may have to be done beyond office hours and even on holidays prior arrangements through proper communication should be worked out in all cases by the servicing agencies.
