  • Ship the product to the address provided during the return process.

1.3 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Software downloads and licenses.
  • Personalized or customized products.
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or neglect.

 

02. Refunds

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Your return request is approved and the product is received in acceptable condition.
